Here you'll find answers to the most common questions about booking, amenities, and your stay.

You can send an inquiry via our "Request a Stay" page. We will personally contact you within 24 hours to confirm availability, provide a final quote, and finalize the booking.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining 50% balance, along with the security deposit and cleaning fee, is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival.

Cancellations made more than 12 weeks before arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made 8 weeks before arrival will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 8 weeks of arrival are non-refundable unless we are able to re-book the dates. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

A refundable security deposit of €500 is required. This is to cover any potential damages to the property. It will be refunded within 7 days of your departure, provided there are no damages.

Yes. In High and Top seasons (June-September, Christmas), the minimum stay is 7 nights, typically from Saturday to Saturday. In Middle and Low seasons, the minimum stay is 4 nights. However, Feel free to ask for special arrangements, we’re happy to make your stay exactly as you wish

The only mandatory extra costs are the final cleaning fee (€250) and the refundable security deposit (€500). Pool heating is an optional extra. Tourist tax is not included and must be paid locally if applicable.
